report comment: Expression driven by Hsp26 ::Sgs3 regulon which promotes a high level of transcription in ovarian nurse cells.3\' of the polylinker are 3\' sequences from fs(1)K10 that include the polyA site and the 3\'UTR. The 3\' UTR of fs(1)K10 has been shown to promote transport of RNAs from nurse cells to the ooctye.
