Cells expressing tkv-HA were incubated with radiolabeled dpp then treated with disuccinimdyl suberate cross-linker. The receptor was immunoprecipitated and visualized by autoradiography, with radiolabeling of the receptor band indicative of cross-linking (interaction) with radiolabeled ligand.
