Frameshift deletion of bases 4:137013 through 4:137019 (R6) resulting in addition of IGGVIYIYMPLALNVHWRRQNRFW following by premature truncation of all protein isoforms. Alternative transcription start sites result in the changes having different positions in different protein isoforms (for example, the novel amino acids are added after leucine 190 of the anne RH isoform).
