UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of H lacking amino acids 232-263 (this removes the H domain that normally interacts with Su(H) protein), tagged at the N-terminal end with both Tag:V5 and the Ecol\lexA DNA-binding domain (this lexA tag allows the protein produced to be 'targeted' to copies of lexAop that have been inserted into the genome).
