25.32kb deletion generated by FLP-mediated recombination between the FRT sites in the two progenitor insertions (PBac{RB}e02421 and PBac{RB}Moee04400), deleting the intervening genomic sequence (this removes the entire coding region) and leaving a recombinant PBac{RBr} element at the site of the deletion.
