The RMCE cassette of the Mi{MIC}ETHRMI00949 insertion has been replaced with a construct that duplicates ETHR gene sequence 3' to the insertion site along with fusion of T2A-GAL4 coding sequences to exon 4a of the ETHR gene just prior to the stop codon for ETHR-A. This results in production of full-length ETHR-A and co-expression of GAL4.
ScerGAL4ETHR-A.MI00949-TG4.2 drives expression in a subset of CNS neurons responsive to ecdysis-triggering hormone.
