Description

A 13.2kb genomic fragment containing the per gene, into which a S47A mutation has been introduced (this "constitutively non-phosphorylated" mutation stabilizes the per product by inhibiting its binding to the slmb protein). The open reading frame is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:HA and multiple histidine residues (10xHis).
