      e(y)120 homozygotes are lethal after wandering third instar larval stage - few larvae form white prepupa but then die.

      The size of large lipid droplets in the fat body of e(y)120 homozygous mutant wandering third instar larvae (but not in second and early third instar larvae) is significantly increased compared to controls.
