The RMCE cassette of the Mi{MIC}TetMI05009 insertion has been replaced with a EGFP-FlAsH-StrepII-TEV-3xFlag multi-tag cassette, resulting in a GFP-tagged version of Tet.
GFP-tagged Tet protein is detected throughout the larval brain, with the highest levels in the optic lobe and central brain.
