      Adult males with inhibition (using Ctet\tetXTNT-LC.UAS) of Scer\GAL4VT032411 cells do not have significant suppression of courtship behavior following training with mated females, unlike controls.

      Adult males with thermogenetic activation (using TrpA1UAS.(B).cKa at 32[o]C) of Scer\GAL4VT032411 cells have a significantly stronger suppression of courtship behavior following training with a virgin female, compared to controls; there is also significant suppression of courtship behavior due to activation in the absence of training, unlike controls.

      Adult males with inhibition (using shits.UAS.cUa) of Scer\GAL4VT032411 cells, during either training or testing, do not have significant suppression of courtship behavior following training with mated females, unlike controls.
