      The expression of GrafHMC03427 under the control of Scer\GAL4c739 leads to adult mushroom body Β-axon fibers overextend beyond the midline, such that the Β lobes from both hemispheres appear to fuse.

      Embryos expressing GrafHMC03427 under the control of Scer\GAL4VP16.nos.UTR do not show the polygonal F-actin organization in early stages of cellularization and show enhanced constriction in mid and late stages, with the nuclei displaying a bottleneck appearance.
