P-element-induced male recombination has resulted in a 1130bp deletion of genomic DNA, removing part of Trl. Nucleotides 3309-4439 (numbered according to GenBank accession AJ225042) are deleted. 146bp of P-element sequence remains. The 3' P-element end, but not the 5' P-element end, is present.
