Insertion of EGFP before the last codon of ap (shared by all its splice variants). Generated by phiC31-mediated integration of sequence containing ap tagged with EGFP (the ap sequence extends from 2R:1593707.1614738 and is derived from the BACR45O18 clone) into the attP site present in PBac{5'.attP}apCDSDelAttP. A single PBac end (the 5' end) is present.
