Description

UASt drives expression of a mbc cDNA with a deletion of amino acids 441 to 678 (the DHR1 region), a deletion of amino acids 1807 to 1970 (the entire C terminus), and in which the prolines in the N-terminal PXXP motif at amino acids 110-113 are converted to alanines, and tagged with a Tag:HA epitope.
