Expression of par-1T408A.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4BG380 in larval neuromuscular junctions does not lead to specific accumulation of a subset of synaptic cargo in axons, no difference in the number of active zones in synapses, no differences in the amplitude of mini excitatory junction potentials (mEJPs) or excitatory junction potentials (EJPs), no difference in the frequency of mEJPs, and no significant difference in quantal content, as compared to controls.

Expression of par-1T408A.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 causes no growth or polarity defects in wing discs.

Expression of par-1T408A.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4ey-OK107 does not affect mushroom body morphology.

Expression of par-1T408A.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF has no effect on eye morphology.
