UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of an inverted repeat.
The expression of RphKK107492 under the control of Scer\GAL4Hand-MI04106-TG4.0 or Scer\GAL4tin.cBa induces alterations in the adult heart structure, namely abnormalities in the disposition of circumferential myofibrils. The Scer\GAL4Hand-MI04106-TG4.0-driven expression also leads to heart physiology defect, namely increased heart period, systolic diameter, diastolic interval and arrhythmia, and decreased fractional shortening; functional nephrocytes are decreased in number. Scer\GAL4tin.cBa-driven expression leads to increased systolic diameter, and decreased systolic interval. Scer\GAL4sns.PU-driven expression leads to heart physiology defect, namely decreased fractional shortening and increased arrhythmia.
