UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of an inverted repeat.
Expression of AdamTS-AKK102087 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PU (combined with Scer\GAL80repo.PL) does not induce any defects in larval central neural system whereas if driven by the Scer\GAL4repo driver most larvae display neural invasion phenotype (neural cells from the brain invade adjacent peripheral structures such as imaginal discs). No neural invasion is observed if AdamTS-AKK102087 is driven by either Scer\GAL4Bsg-NP6293 or Scer\GAL4Gli-rL82 individually, but if both drivers are combined a rather mild invasion of neural cells into peripheral tissues is observed.
