The expression of Ube3aC-A.Scer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG under the control of Scer\GAL4repo does not lead to bang-induced, heat-induced or photogenic paralyses; this expression also does not lead to any significant changes in the amplitudes of On transients, Off transients or photoreceptor potential in electroretinograms, as compared to controls.

The percentage of larvae with spontaneous depolarizations at the neuromuscular junction is significantly higher than controls in larvae with Ube3aScer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG-51 (but not Ube3aC-A.Scer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG) driven by Scer\GAL4elav-C155.

Overexpression of Ube3aCA.Scer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG using Scer\GAL4GMR.PF results in a rough eye phenotype.

Expression of Ube3aCA.Scer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG in the nervous system under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 results in an increase in dopamine and a concurrent increase in locomotor activity.
