Clk^T:SV5\V5/+ flies (carrying an extra copy of Clk) do not display significant loss of behavioral rhythmicity as the proportion of rhythmic flies as well as the rhythmic power of the behavioral oscillations in an adult locomotor activity assay and their average free-running period in constant darkness is comparable to controls.

Flies carrying several copies of Clk^T:SV5\V5 have a shorter circadian locomotor activity period than control flies.
