96% of flies expressing GαsJF03255 under the control of Scer\GAL4tim.PE (in the presence of Dcr-2Scer\UAS.cDa to increase RNAi efficiency) are arrhythmic for locomotor activity under constant darkness conditions. Under 12 hour light/12 hour dark conditions the phase of the evening peak of activity is advanced and morning anticipation is reduced in these flies.
