Reference

Expression of PCNA^KK108382 results in: strong eye phenotype at both 25 and and 18[o]C (with the Scer\GAL4^ey.PH driver), no wings and reduced halteres at 25[o]C or unfurled wings at 18[o]C (with Scer\GAL4^nub.PK), pupal lethality at 25[o]C and crinkled or blistered wings at 18[o]C (with Scer\GAL4^en.PU). Expression controlled by Scer\GAL4^Act5C.PI is lethal; no overt adult phenotype is observed when driven by Scer\GAL4^GMR.PF.
