      Flies expressing rkKK108009 under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PU have a normal eye phenotype.

      The midguts of 10-14 day old flies expressing rkKK108009 under the control of Scer\GAL4how-24B (in combination with a Dicer-2 transgene to enhance RNAi efficiency) display intestinal stem cell hyperproliferation and epithelial multilayering, but these flies do not display developmental defects, as compared with controls.
