The expression of Hsp83KK101256 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 leads to the neuromuscular junctions of third instar larval muscles 6/7 exhibiting decreases in the number of synaptic branches and in the number of terminal boutons, which present a significant decrease in microtubule loops, as compared to controls.
