Detailed Description

Scer\GAL4en.PU-mediated expression of rprGD4698 does not result in wing blisters.

Adults expressing rprGD4698 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PLu (in the presence of Dcr-2Scer\UAS.cDa to increase the efficiency of RNAi) do not show a significant defect in avoidance of noxious temperature (46[o]C) compared to control flies.

Additional Comments
Genetic Interactions
Statement
Reference

Co-expression of rprGD4698 strongly reduces the cell death induced in wing discs by Scer\GAL4sd.PU-mediated expression of SkpAHM05185.

Co-expression of rprGD4698 completely suppresses the appearance of wing blisters in RYBPdsRNA.Scer\UAS.cGa Scer\GAL4en.PU flies.

Comments

Co-expression of rprGD4698 rescues eye morphology defects caused by expression of rprUTR.Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 (where both transgenes are under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF).
