cryb mutants expressing cryScer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4tim.PE show significant naive and trained responses to magnetic fields which are similar in both direction and magnitude to those of wild-type flies.

Expression of cryScer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4tim.PE completely restores locomotor activity arrhythmicity under constant light conditions to cryb flies, similar to wild-type flies. The phase response curve in these rescued flies is very similar to that of wild-type flies.

Expression of cryScer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4tim.PE in a Scer\GAL80Pdf.PS background completely restores locomotor activity arrhythmicity under constant light conditions to cryb flies, similar to wild-type flies. The phase response curve in these rescued flies is very similar to that of wild-type flies.

Expression of cryScer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4tim.PE rescues the arrhythmic constant-light behaviour of cryb flies.
