antennal segment 3 & macrochaeta | ectopic, with Scer\GAL4Dll-md23
In some embryos carrying both danrdsRNA.Scer\UAS and Scer\GAL4nos.UTR.T:Hsim\VP16 the ventral nerve cord is disrupted. The phenotype ranges from a very weak defect to a total disorganisation of the nervous system.
Embryos expressing danrdsRNA.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4nos.UTR.T:Hsim\VP16 show failure of germ band retraction.
danrdsRNA.Scer\UAS; Scer\GAL4Dll-md23 flies have ectopic bristles in the third antennal segment and an enlarged arista base. danrdsRNA.Scer\UAS; Scer\GAL4GMR.PS flies have slightly rough eyes, with some interommatidial bristles positioned incorrectly.
Scer\GAL4Dll-md23, danrRNAi.UAS has arista phenotype, enhanceable by danRNAi.UAS.cSa/Scer\GAL4Dll-md23
Scer\GAL4Dll-md23, danrRNAi.UAS has third segment of antenna phenotype, enhanceable by danRNAi.UAS.cSa/Scer\GAL4Dll-md23
Scer\GAL4GMR.PS, danrRNAi.UAS has eye phenotype, non-enhanceable by Scer\GAL4GMR.PS/danRNAi.UAS.cSa
Scer\GAL4GMR.PS, danrRNAi.UAS has interommatidial bristle phenotype, non-enhanceable by Scer\GAL4GMR.PS/danRNAi.UAS.cSa
Scer\GAL4GMR.PS, danrRNAi.UAS has ommatidium phenotype, non-enhanceable by Scer\GAL4GMR.PS/danRNAi.UAS.cSa
danrRNAi.UAS/Scer\GAL4Dll-md23 is an enhancer of arista phenotype of Scer\GAL4Dll-md23, danRNAi.UAS.cSa
danrRNAi.UAS/Scer\GAL4Dll-md23 is an enhancer of third segment of antenna phenotype of Scer\GAL4Dll-md23, danRNAi.UAS.cSa
Scer\GAL4GMR.PS/danrRNAi.UAS is a non-enhancer of eye phenotype of Scer\GAL4GMR.PS, danRNAi.UAS.cSa
Scer\GAL4GMR.PS/danrRNAi.UAS is a non-enhancer of interommatidial bristle phenotype of Scer\GAL4GMR.PS, danRNAi.UAS.cSa
Scer\GAL4GMR.PS/danrRNAi.UAS is a non-enhancer of ommatidium phenotype of Scer\GAL4GMR.PS, danRNAi.UAS.cSa
Scer\GAL4Dll-md23, danRNAi.UAS.cSa, danrRNAi.UAS has bract | ectopic phenotype
In dandsRNA.S.Scer\UAS; danrdsRNA.Scer\UAS; Scer\GAL4Dll-md23 flies, the third antennal segment and the proximal arista are substantially enlarged and covered with bristles; those in the base of the arista bear bracts, indicating a transformation into leg.
