The response of the ab1C neuron to CO[[2]] is unaffected in animals expressing G-iα65AQ205L.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Gr21a.9.323.

The odour responses of the ab1A, ab2A and ab3A olfactory receptor neurons are unaffected in animals expressing G-iα65AQ205L.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Orco.T:Hsim\VP16.

Expression of G-iα65AQ205L.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 does not produce any bristle phenotype.

Expression of G-iα65AScer\UAS.cLa in glia of embryos, driven by Scer\GAL4repo, does not cause a phenotype.

Expression of G-iα65AQ205L.Scer\UAS, under the regulation of Scer\GAL4mat.αTub67C.T:Hsim\VP16 generates symmetric division in 2% of telophase neuroblasts, as oppose to asymmetrically as in wild-type.

Embryos expressing G-iα65AQ205L.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4mat.αTub67C.T:Hsim\VP16 show no defects in spindle orientation in neuroblasts.
