60% of embryos derived from JIL-1z2/JIL-1Scim females mated to wild-type males hatch, of those larvae that hatch, 80% survive to pupation, and of those that survive to pupation 94% eclose.

Dominantly decreases transmission of Dp(1;f)J21A to offspring to 19%.
