Description

Duplication resulting in insertion of an additional hobo 5' to the original two (in the wing blade enhancer) and an additional gypsy between the new hobo and the original 5' most hobo (5' to yp2), followed by 6kb deletion between the 5'-most hobo and the 5'-most gypsy element, removing y promoter sequences.
