1.0kb HindIII-EcoRV enhancer (sli) fused to a noninducible Hsp70 promoter driving expression of NetA cDNA followed by the 3' untranslated region of αTub84B. The open reading frame is tagged at the C-terminal end with the Tag:MYC epitope.
