Description

146bp deletion near coordinate -2.0 (the 0 coordinate marks the P-element insertion in mam45 - see FBrf0048222), in exon 4. This results in a frameshift, producing a predicted protein with 377 normal residues, followed by 69 amino acids from the frameshift, before a premature termination after residue 446.

No P-element detectable by in situ hybridisation. 100bp deletion.
