Labial and thoracic segments missing, defects in abdominal segments 7 and 8.

Formation of the cephalo-pharyngeal skeleton is impaired. Denticle pattern at the anterior ventral border of the first segment has prothoracic morphology. Eighth abdominal denticle band is missing.

Retains prothoracic and A7 segments
