Comments

The allele present in some stocks marked bb.

bbds-like alleles have been reported by Stern and Ogura (FBrf0002272) and by Lindsley, Edington, and Von Halle (FBrf0013319). Presumably, this difference between bb and bbds is a property of the bb locus and bb is not equal to bbds.

No longer deficiency sensitive.
