      Expression of two copies of zdaUAS.mCherry under the control of Scer\GAL4ppl.PP in well-fed larvae results in accumulation of autophagic structures in fat body cells of third instar larvae.

      Clones expressing zdaUAS.mCherry (two copies) controlled by Scer\GAL4unspecified in the fat body have significantly smaller nuclei compared to surrounding wild-type cells.
