Expression of AbiScer\UAS.ΔEna under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 has no effect on photoreceptor axon targeting.

The egg laid by flies expressing AbiScer\UAS.ΔEna under the control of Scer\GAL4da.PU in a AbiΔ20 mutant background are abnormally round compared to controls.

Expression of AbiScer\UAS.ΔEna under the control of Scer\GAL4da.PU does not fully rescue the morphology defects seen in AbiΔ20 mutant macrophages. The resulting macrophages are still less circular than controls (more spiky) and have a reduced rate of membrane protrusion. Expression of AbiScer\UAS.ΔEna under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 does not rescue the axon targeting defects seen in the AbiΔ20 mutant optic lobe.
