      Inclusion of a single Scer\GAL4arm.PS, CycCScer\UAS.cLa recombinant chromosome rescues CycCY5 homozygotes and CycCY5/Df(3R)CycCY8 animals to a limited extent, although emerging adults show some loss of sensory organs and malformed sex combs. Inclusion of two Scer\GAL4arm.PS, CycCScer\UAS.cLa chromosomes leads to extensive rescue of CycCY5 homozygotes and these adults are morphologically normal.
