The amount of shared surface does not affect delamination rates in wild type controls. The compactness of fweScer\UAS.P\T.Lose-A.C.T:Ivir\HA1 clones is unchanged compared with wild type clones in wild type tissue.
There is no increase in cell elimination at the anterior-posterior border compared with controls when fweScer\UAS.P\T.Lose-A.C.T:Ivir\HA1 is expressed under the control of Scer\GAL4dpp.PU in the anterior compartment of the wing disc, due to high tension at the anterior-posterior boundary.
