The co-expression of Nek2KK100496 fully suppresses the adult eye defects (i.e. in eye size, morphology and polarity) and the third instar larval eye disc morphogenetic furrow progression and retinal differentiation impairment (but not the associated increased mitotic index) induced by the expression of Cdc16GD12028 under the control of Scer\GAL4ey.PU.

The co-expression of Nek2KK100496 also suppresses the third instar larval eye disc morphogenetic furrow progression and retinal differentiation impairment induced by the expression of Cdc16GD12028 under the control of Scer\GAL4dac-GAL4.
