The loss of posterior crossvein observed in adult flies expressing sogScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 under the control of Scer\GAL4en.PU is rescued by co-expression of Gyc76CVDRC.cUa.

The disruption of the posterior crossvein characteristic for flies expressing Gyc76CGD48 under the control of Scer\GAL4A9 is not improved by co-expression of sogScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1, nor by the pairwise combinations of sogScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 and either cvEP1349 or cv-2EP1103 but it is rescued by triple co-expression of sogScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1, cvEP1349 and cv-2EP1103.

When tsgScer\UAS.T:Zzzz\His6 and sogScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 are driven by Scer\GAL4A9 produces animals with small wings which have most veins missing. The addition of tldA.Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 to sogScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1, tsgScer\UAS.T:Zzzz\His6, Scer\GAL4A9 animals suppresses the wing phenotypes seen in those animals.
