[92F2-92F2];[93A1-93A1];
A set of ~800 largely isogenic deficiency stocks created by FLP-induced recombination between FRT-carrying transgenic insertions; molecularly defined deletion endpoints correspond to initial location of the progenitor insertions. Designed to fill gaps in deletion coverage and breakpoint placement; also used to replace older available deficiencies that have not been molecularly mapped.
92F2;93A1
Breakpoint from FlyBase's release 5 sequence location of progenitor insertion.
OambMI12417/Df(3R)BSC141 mutant females lay significantly fewer eggs, take much longer to ovulate an egg than controls and display defects of follicle rupture.
The cytological breakpoints of Df(3R)BSC141 predicted from the transposable element insertions sites using release 4 coordinates are 92F2;93A1.
