[46B4-46B4];[46C1-46C1];
A set of ~800 largely isogenic deficiency stocks created by FLP-induced recombination between FRT-carrying transgenic insertions; molecularly defined deletion endpoints correspond to initial location of the progenitor insertions. Designed to fill gaps in deletion coverage and breakpoint placement; also used to replace older available deficiencies that have not been molecularly mapped.

Breakpoint from FlyBase's release 5 sequence location of progenitor insertion.
Lethal in combination with Df(2R)BSC298.
Inferred to overlap with: Df(2R)BSC298.
Df(2R)BSC133 failed to complement Df(2R)B5. Inferred to overlap with: Df(2R)B5.
The presence of P+PBac{XP5.RB3}BSC133 was verified using the PCR methods and primers described in FBrf0175003, with the substitution of the primer 5'-CCAATGCGTTTATTTCAGGTCACG-3' for the RB3' plus or RB3' minus primer in the Hybrid PCR protocol in the Supplementary Methods.
The cytological breakpoints of Df(2R)BSC133 predicted from the P{XP}d07544 and PBac{RB}CG12744e00948 Release 3 genomic coordinates are 46B4;46C1.
