General Information
Term GID complex ID (Ontology) GO:0034657 (Gene Ontology)
Definition A protein complex with ubiquitin ligase activity that, in Saccharomyces cerevisiae, is involved in proteasomal degradation of fructose-1,6-bisphosphatase (FBPase) and phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase during the transition from gluconeogenic to glycolytic growth conditions. It appears to play a broader role in cellular homeostasis and development in other species.[ PubMed:12686616 PubMed:18508925 PubMed:35682545 ]
Also Known As "C-terminal to LisH complex" ; "CTLH complex"
