ID (Ontology) |
GO:0000930 (Gene Ontology) |
Definition |
A multiprotein complex composed of gamma-tubulin and other non-tubulin proteins. Gamma-tubulin complexes are localized to microtubule organizing centers, and play an important role in the nucleation of microtubules.
