Description

The native bcd regulatory region drives expression of mCherry coding region. bcd 5' and 3' UTRs are present. Some bcd coding sequence is present downstream of the mCherry coding sequence, but a STOP codon has been included at the C-terminal end of the mCherry coding sequence to prevent translation of this bcd coding sequence.
