Description

A 4.3 kb fragment of the srp promoter (the 'Hemo' promoter) regulates expression of amino acids 370 to 646 of Moe (i.e. the ERM domain of the protein) fused to 3 copies of the mCherry fluorescent protein, thereby concentrating the fluorescent signal to polymerized actin of embryonic plasmatocytes.
