Description

Thirteen copies of the lexAop regulatory sequence are fused upstream of a single open reading frame which encodes six tandem copies of the mCherry coding sequence. The most C-terminal copy of mCherry is tagged with Tag:HA. "Syn21" 5'UTR and "p10" 3'UTR sequences are present.
