Description

PBac{SAstopDsRed} is a gene trap element that contains two copies of a mutagenic gene trap cassette. The two copies are in opposite orientations to increase insertional mutagenicity, one at each end of the element, and each consists of a splice acceptor followed by stop codons in all three reading frames. They are separated by a Disc\RFPDsRed2.3xP3 marker.
