PBac{13XLexAop2-IVS-CsChrimson.tdTomato} expresses a red-shifted Channelrhodopsin tagged with tdTomato <up>see Klapoetke et al., 2014 Nature Methods 11(3):338 for similar constructs</up> under the control of the lexA operator in the JFRC-13XLexAop2-IVS vector (see similar vectors in Pfeiffer et al 2010. Genetics 186(2):735, FBrf0212052).
PBac{13XLexAop2-IVS-CsChrimson.tdTomato}VK00005 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the third chromosome.
