We've published an ultra-high-resolution, whole-genome recombination map for D.melanogaster (FBrf0219727), based on the analysis of 139 million informative SNPs, mapped 106,964 recombination events at a resolution down to 2 kb. I am sending an excel file with the raw data generated from this study, which reports the recombination rate (as cM/Mb/female meiosis) at 100 kb intervals along each chromosome arm. I believe these data will be of general use to the Drosophila community.
