The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Vivek Jayaraman, Howard Hughes Medical Institute, Janelia Farm.
Note: the original name is indicated for each.  The names were changed to indicate that these constructs and insertions are fly codon optimized and contain a different N-terminus than that published in Klapoetke et al., 2014 Nature Methods 11(3):338 (FBrf0224260) - see the associated Corrigendum.
P{13XLexAop2-IVS-CsChrimson.mVenus} (original name P{13XLexAop2-IVS-Chrimson.mVenus}) expresses a redshifted Channelrhodopsin tagged with mVenus <up>see Klapoetke et al., 2014 Nature Methods 11(3):338</up> under the control of the lexA operator in the JFRC-13XLexAop2-IVS vector (see similar vectors in Pfeiffer et al 2010. Genetics 186(2):735, FBrf0212052).
P{13XLexAop2-IVS-CsChrimson.mVenus}attP18 (original name P{13XLexAop2-IVS-Chrimson.mVenus}attP18) is a homozygous and hemizygous viable and fertile insertion on the X chromosome in the attP18 site (6C12,  X:6650355..6654052 ).
P{13XLexAop2-IVS-CsChrimson.mVenus}attP40 (original name P{13XLexAop2-IVS-Chrimson.mVenus}attP40) is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the second chromosome in the attP40 site (25C6,  2L:5108448 ).
P{13XLexAop2-IVS-CsChrimson.mVenus}attP2 (original name P{13XLexAop2-IVS-Chrimson.mVenus}attP2) is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the third chromosome in the attP2 site (68A4,  3L:11063638 ).
